LI: to subtract by using ones and tens (place value).

Today In LS1 I was on a website called staddy ladder I was answering questions that was difficult to do but I pushed myself so I got all of my answers correct.

Guard for a day

LI:To comprehend/Inference information in a text.

Today I had to read a book called Guard for a day then I had to answer questions about the story.I found it hard to answer these questions but if I didn't know the question I would go back and read the book.I learnt what does the word Inference means Inference is just like summarising.Inference is a conclusion reached on the basis of evidence and reasoning.

Today In LS2 I learnt what is different and the same about the Ancient Olympics and the Modern Olympics.I found that the Similarity's of these both subjects.But this was easy because I had partners to help me.I had fun Learning about the two subjects.

Worriers Visit

Today The Worries Rayon Hokmen and John Palava Came to our school we had to answer Questions and read if you got the questions right and if you read good they will give you a prize A lot of people had Prizes I was so existed and other students were to this was so fun.

Ancient Olympics

 

Today in LS2 I had to partner up with A LS2 person and had to Attribute some Images and take notes of some History of the Ancient Olympics.It was hard to find some History and some pictures but I finished this task.;

Today I had to do my maths on A website called Studdy Ladder I had to Answer Questions that involve word problem solving this was hard to do but I pushed my self and manged to get ten out of ten.

 Today I Learned what is a Adverb,verb,adjective and Noun means.I had to create a poetry so I could make you have A picture in your head.I found it hard to figure out what other adjective should I use I learned a lot today and I am proud of my self for Completing this task.

I had to read about a Olympic sport This was hard to do because I did not remember what I wrote.

LI:We are learning to able to identify what makes an effective advert.  

I had to look at a video on YouTube and answer these questions I found it hard to answer these questions because I did not know it then I watched the video again and answered the question.

In LS1 I had to do my maths I went on A website called Studdy Ladder I had to Answer questions about place values.This Was fun to do and hard but I tried and tried and I got 10 out of 10 and I was so proud of my self.I found that the numbers were really hard to Represent.

Today in LS1 I had to Comment on Other people's Blogs this was fun to do because I got to know what other Students were Learning.

Number Stones

LI:To Read before and After numbers up to 100 000.Today I had to play a Math Game with a partner These are the instructions How to play number stones: On your turn you have to tell the person that is reading how many stones you want to place then the reader will give you a number to solve and if you get it right you place your number stones on the board. What I need to improve on is learning my 5 digit numbers. But the thing that was difficult for me was trying to get my partner out on number stones.

Ordering Unit Fractions

LI:To order Unit Fractions from smallest to biggest.

 Today In LS1 I had to go on a Website called Mathopolis This website was helping me Under stand which Fractions in bigger and smaller I had to drag the Fractions so it could go from Biggest to Smallest.

Duck Overboard

Today in LS1 I had to do A DLO about a story that I read which was called The Duck Overboard this Is the Main Ideas of the story.

Basic Subtraction Level 3

Today In LS1 I had to go  on A website called Transum I had to do my Basic Subtraction by using my Tidy numbers I solve this questions faster then I usually do.I love solving my Subtracting questions.

Challenge 4 Hauora

Today in LS2 I had to make a DLO about our Whare tapa Wha our 4 walls this was fun to make I learnt a lot about our 4 walls this was special for me to learn about.
